Payments for all football offers (except that of contracted 1st Grade players) shall be made in two (2) instalments. A $400 deposit will be required by 30th November in order to secure the offer to play with Adamstown Rosebud Football Club. Final payment (remaining balance) is due
before 28th February. Any refunds will be subject to the Fee Refund Policy
Deposit and final payment amounts, together with payment due dates, will be outlined in a letter/email of offer and will be strictly enforced by the club.
Any payments that are outstanding after this date, unless prior arrangements have been made, will result in either their offer of a playing position withdrawn or their non-selection until fees have been paid in full. Payments can be made to:

It is also expected that players will finalise their online registration with the FFA prior to 28th February to enable their selection to play for Adamstown Rosebud Football Club.
Depending on the nature of the complaint there are various options available to club members. If the complaint is football related then it should, in the first instance, be directed to the relevant team coach or manager as soon as possible after the incident has occurred. It is expected that most issues will be quickly resolved at this level without the need for further intervention.
If it is not appropriate to raise the issue with either the team coach or manager then the Technical Director should be contacted.
Our Member Protection Officer is generally the first point of contact for persons with member protection or child protection enquiries or complaints that are not football related. The MPO will provide information to members about the options available to them. Our MPO is accredited and impartial and generally will not mediate or investigate complaints.
Any football or team related issue reported to the MPO, where the Team Manager and/or Coach has not been given the initial opportunity to resolve any such issue, will be referred back to the Team Manager/Coach for resolution.
